Salon Policies
Visitor Policy
We ask that you do not bring family, friends, children or pets with you to your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any extra company.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life and emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 25% of the scheduled service and given the opportunity to reschedule. If the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service. In order to reserve a future appointment, you will be required to put a 50% deposit down for the service you would like to schedule.
Late Policy
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be offered an altered service if it is possible for the stylist to accommodate. However, you will still be responsible for the cost of the initial scheduled service. If the stylist is unable to perform the service, you will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service and offered the opportunity to reschedule
Day of Cancel / No Show Policy
In the case of canceling the day of or not showing up to your appointment, you will be charged for 100% of the missed service. Two or more missed appointments will result in us no longer being able to serve you..
Service Modification Policy
Our hope is that every client leaves obsessed with their hair. If there ever happens to be a time where that is not the case, we ask that you let us know within 5 days of your service. We are more than happy for you to come back in to make adjustments so you are completely satisfied within this time period.
We also know that all desired looks cannot be achieved in one service. Your stylist will consult and make a plan with you, before your first appointment, about realistic expectations for that service. We will also help you make a plan and pre-book services to achieve your desired result.
Extension Deposit Policy
Deposits for extension installs are due at time booking and are non-refundable.
Extension Maintenance Policy
Ivory Lotus Salon is not responsible for any damage or discoloration to your extensions caused by lack of proper care, sunscreen, make-up, spray tans, self tanners, matting, heat damage, etc. If any discoloration occurs, there will be an additional charge to treat your extensions with no guarantee the damage can be reversed. If we believe the extensions have been damaged and will not benefit your hair, we reserve the right to refuse to re-apply.
